SEO Article Marketing Tips

Here is a very important tip. This might be the most important part of article marketing - you need to optimize your title. Optimizing your title, how do you do this? It's a balance between search engines and people. You want an article that is SEO or search engine friendly and you also want it to be very clickable and enticing to people.

You do this for SEO by including your keyword. Let's say your keyword is cheap televisions. This is a decent title, "where to find cheap televisions" if you write an article about that. But it's even better the sooner your keyword appears in the title. So "cheap televisions: where to find them", that's even better. It's going to be more relevant to your keyword and help you rank a little bit higher with your article. Also, keep your titles short. Really long titles, I wouldn't go too much longer than the title right there. Shorter is usually better. Somewhere between 3-6 words is usually a pretty good balance.

Next, also add benefits or buzz words. Let people know they are going to get something out of your article. A better version of that article title would be, "cheap televisions: where to save hundreds," so people know that they're going to find them somewhere where they can save money. They're going to be more likely to read this which means they're going to be more likely to click on your link in the resource box, and then subscribe to your email list or whatever, and then hopefully eventually buy from you.

I hope you use these tips, thanks for watching.
